Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Refunds are usually provided via replacement or store credit

  • Cash refunds are not guaranteed and depend on the case

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong product), we will cover the return shipping.

  • If the return is requested for any other acceptable reason, shipping costs may be deducted.
